They've got a strong desire for raw or recycled silicon and will provide any service in order to get their hands on a surplus no matter the source.
They’re a one stop shop for unsanctioned operations, just don’t ask what they do with the extra bodies.
"D-don't worry about where the parts came from, the points is I got 'em. So - what are ya buyin'? "
